Agreement

By accessing and using this website (razormind.co.uk) or any of the technology services we operate, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Who we are

This website is operated by Mycelium Consulting Limited, trading as Razormind, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12650679). Our registered address is 30 Westgate, Otley, LS21 3AS, United Kingdom.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent, or is harmful to any third party.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected database. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or similar.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Mycelium Consulting Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on this site.

Use of this website is at your own risk. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mycelium Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the Social Scheduler service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Advertising services

We manage advertising campaigns on behalf of clients across third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. If you interact with advertisements managed by us on those platforms, the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policy govern that interaction — not these terms.

Razormind Social Scheduler

As part of our technology suite, we operate the Razormind Social Scheduler — an internal tool used to schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms for our own projects and on behalf of select clients. Access is restricted to authorised users and subject to these terms, our privacy policy, and the terms of each connected platform.

The Social Scheduler supports integrations with platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Pinterest, and Mastodon. The availability of specific platform integrations may change over time.

Connecting social media accounts

When you connect a social media account to the Razormind Social Scheduler, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to grant access to the account and any associated pages, profiles, or business accounts.
  • You will comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.
  • You will keep your account credentials secure and will not share access with unauthorised individuals.
  • The content you schedule or publish complies with applicable laws and each platform's content policies.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms in relation to your accounts, including suspension, content removal, or access restrictions imposed by those platforms.

Content and licensing

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or schedule through the Razormind Social Scheduler. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service — including scheduling posts and publishing them to your connected accounts.

This licence terminates when you delete your content or disconnect the relevant account. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Platform-specific terms

Your use of social media platform integrations through the Razormind Social Scheduler is also subject to each platform's own terms. In particular:

Platform APIs, features, and policies may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to update our integrations accordingly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with any third-party platform.

Service availability and limitations

The Razormind Social Scheduler relies on third-party APIs to schedule and publish content. We do not guarantee that these APIs will be available at all times, or that scheduled content will always be published as expected.

  • Some platforms may impose limitations on content posted via third-party applications. For example, content published to TikTok via the API may initially appear as a private draft, requiring manual review within the TikTok app before publication.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform integration at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failed or delayed content publication caused by third-party platform issues.

Account termination and data deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Razormind Social Scheduler if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if continued access would violate any applicable law or platform policy.

Upon termination or account deletion:

  • All associated data — including scheduled content, authentication tokens, and analytics data — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Content already published to social media platforms will not be affected and remains governed by those platforms' terms.
  • You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
